Orchard Hill RV park rates for 2013:
*We are open from April - October

High season:  $45/night ~  $270/week (1 night free)
Low season:   $35/night ~ $210/week (1 night free)
*High season is June to September

Early Spring Special: April: $30/night ~ $180/week

Monthly rates: 
 High Season (June-Sept):  $800/month
 Low Season: (April, May and Oct):  $600/month

Taxes not included in pricing.
Full Hook-up, cable TV and wireless internet are included in the pricing.
Extra charges: Extra adults - $3/night per adult

BEFORE RESERVING 
 Please note our policies and general information.
      -We are an ADULT-orientated park (13 or older)
      -There is no public washroom
      -We are a fully functioning farm with farm machinery and personnel at work.
      -Pets on leashes allowed
      -Coin laundry provided
      -Cable TV and wireless internet included with fee


Please note that we take your credit card information only to hold your reservation. Your transaction will be processed once you arrive.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING Fees

For Daily/Weekly reservations, we require 7 days notice to CANCEL your reservation.
If you fail to give proper notice, the fee equals 1 night's stay: $45 + tax = $50.40

For Monthly reservations, we require 14 days notice to CANCEL your reservation.
If you fail to give proper notice, the fee is $100.   

We require 3 days notice to RESCHEDULE or change your reservation dates.
If you fail to do so, you will be charged $25/day holding fee for arriving later or leaving earlier than dates booked.
